Over the past year, Mid-Shore Council on Family Violence (MSCFV) has witnessed remarkable increases in the number of hotline calls received and the number of domestic violence victims receiving services. Our caseloads have been running 20-30% higher than in previous years. For example, we had as much as 56% more hotline calls than the previous three-year average in six months of fiscal year 2023.
