HOW TO ENROLL AND GROUP REQUIREMENTS
Court Ordered
He/She is responsible for calling MSCFV at 1-800-927-4673,
two days from the date the court ordered to schedule an intake appointment.
Volunteer
He/She may call to voluntarily enroll in the AIP.
A voluntary enrollment is accepted with the understanding of the
commitment to complete the program as directed. He/She must send
an intake fee of $30 before an appointment can be scheduled.
Absences
He/She is allowed two unexcused absences.
He/She will be required to provide verification for any absences
over the two unexcused. He/She is responsible for calling MSCFV
at 1-800-927-4673 when there is an absence.
Scheduling an Intake Appointment
Call MSCFV at 1-800-927-4673. He/She will be asked to provide name,
address, phone number, birth date, employment, and victim contact
information. He/She will also be asked if participation in the program
is court ordered or voluntary.
