DATA COLLECTION

The LEC collects and maintains statistical data pertaining to domestic violence incidents in the Mid-Shore region. Data collected and compiled includes the number of arrests, number of protective orders, number of criminal investigations, number of cases prosecuted and number of police responses to domestic violence calls. Lethality Assessment data collected includes the number of screens completed by each agency, number of high danger screens, number of victims who spoke to a counselor and number of victims who came into services.
