Associate Director

MSCFV has been dedicated to serving victims of domestic violence across the five counties of Maryland’s Mid-Shore for more than 30 years. Through our Chesapeake Crisis to Self-Sufficiency Model®, we provide comprehensive support including housing, legal services, counseling, and more, assisting our clients on their journey toward becoming self-sufficient survivors. We are seeking an Associate Director to help lead our organization and contribute to our mission.
Development Director
The Development Director reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for helping develop a fundraising strategy to diversify MSCFV’s revenue streams and ensure the sustainability of our mission. The selected candidate will work with MSCFV staff, leadership and volunteers to implement a wide range of fundraising initiatives.
